This company are a multi-divisional well known construction company who have earnt themselves a notable reputation for their high-quality work within various sectors such as the Civil Engineering and construction sectors. Looking to expand the business with a number of exciting projects on the horizon, our client pride themselves on encouraging a flexible environment, encouraging a work-life balance whilst delivering a first-class service to their clientele. Due to continued growth, and an abundance of projects in the pipeline they now require a Senior Estimator to join their successful team.
In this role you will be based in their head office in Potters Bar, playing a crucial part in exciting projects which will range in size working alongside the Commercial Manager. Working closely with the team,?you will help to complete quantity take-offs, prepare tenders where required, analyse and compare supplier quotes and negotiate pricing, and prepare detailed cost estimates.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of estimating experience within the construction industry. It is essential for this position to have knowledge of working on facades projects or for a facades contractor. You will have good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively across the company.

The Role:
- Senior Estimator
-Estimating and controlling costs
-Procuring materials
-Prepare Bill of Quants and provide detailed budgets for projects
-Working closely with the Commercial Manager
The person:
-Estimating Experience (5 years)
-Construction / Facades / Externals background is essential
-Driving license
-Able to commute to Potters Bar office
