$120,000 - 135,000 + Progression to lead a team/department + Benefits Package + 401K + Leadership Technical Training

This role will require you to lead multiple projects & oversee Project Managers for specific projects, whilst serving as the primary point of contact for clients involved. Your duties will also include budget & cost management of multiple projects, dealing with procurement & logistics, whilst ensuring health & safety procedures are present & applied for all projects under supervision.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Senior Project Manager looking for a company that is offering excellent technical progression & an ambitious, yet supportive culture. They have exciting plans for the future, giving the right person opportunities to develop technically.
Role:
- Lead all projects
- Management of Project Managers
- Site Visits to carry out inspections, check delays, hold meetings with site stakeholders
- Progression into leadership to head up a department or larger team
The Person:
- Experienced working with a Commercial General Contractor or an Interior Contractor
- Experienced with new construction & renovations
- Local to Baltimore
- Excellent communication, organisation & software skills
