The Role:
- Oversee large-scale water/wastewater projects valued at $100M+, ensuring successful execution and adherence to schedules.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and project managers, fostering high performance and effective project delivery.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, with opportunities for progression to executive roles.
The Candidate:
- Proven Senior Project Management experience in water/wastewater construction or similar high-value projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with proficiency in construction management software (Bluebeam, Procore, P6), and a track record of successful project delivery.
