Service Administrator
Milton Keynes
£24,000 + Progression + Training + 33 Days Holiday + Pension
Excellent opportunity for someone with great Customer Service skills to join a stable business offering training and development, alongside long-term stability.
This company are specialists in their industry and are involved in everything from Currency printing and manufacturing currency through to development of online payment solutions.
In this role you will join a small team of Administrators to provide support over the phone or via email to a team of engineers. You'll be provided with full training on products and systems, and be provided on-going training and development going forward.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, good customer service skills, and have good systems knowledge such as SAP. Candidates must be commutable to Milton Keynes.
The Role:
- Joining a team of 4 other Administrators
- Supporting a team of engineers, completing the engineer diary, managing the customer calls in to the office and also managing the shared inbox for the service team.
- Salary £24,000 per annum
The Person:
- Strong Communicator
- Good Customer Service skills
- Previous experience of diary management/liasing with field engineers would be beneficial
- Commutable to Milton Keynes
