You'll be collaborating with a team of dedicated IT professionals, all whilst receiving excellent benefits. You will work across several exciting clients and sectors within a team of passionate and skilled individuals.
Within this role, you will be creating, implementing, and managing solutions for key client IT environments. You will report directly to the Service & Support Desk Manager, who will guide you throughout. You'll learn to approach the role with enthusiasm and innovation with every project you undertake. Developing client relationships and resolving IT challenges effectively is the backbone of this role.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Client Operating Systems, Office 365, and networking technologies.

The Role:
- Provide efficient first-line technical support to resolve client issues remotely and on-site when necessary.
- Utilize RMM tools to proactively monitor, manage, and prevent IT issues.
- Support and maintain Office 365 environments, including SharePoint and Intune.
- Assist with hardware installations, configurations, and repairs.
The Person:
- At least 2 years' experience in IT support, preferably within an MSP environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Client Operating Systems, Office 365 Cloud Services, and networking technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
