$90,000 - $110,000 + Quarterly Bonus + Progression + Healthcare + Dental + PTO + 401K
Are you a Service Manager or Senior Technician looking for management role where you can lead a small team and take ownership of the service department for a national organization?

This company are a large facilities and maintenance company that operate nationwide and service everything within a warehouse/distribution center. Growing year on year and with high demand for their services they are now looking for recruit a Service Manager for one of their LA branches.
In this role you will lead a team of field and shop Dock and Door Technicians, working to plan and organize work of the installation, repair and maintenance of a range of commercial overhead doors and dock and loading bay equipment. You will provide technical support to the technicians and manage all day to day team activities such as training, hiring etc.
You will be either a Service Manager/Supervisor or Senior Technician from a materials handling, dock and door, commercial overhead door or facilities maintenance background.

The Role:
- Management of the Service department and leading a team of field technicians
- Organize and plan the installation, repair and maintenance of client sites
- Working on a range of commercial overhead doors and loading bay equipment
The Person:
- Service Manager/Supervisor/Foreman or Senior Technician
- Come from a material handling, dock and door, commercial door or facilities maintenance organization
- Wanting to take a management position on site
