Are you a Plumber who has experience in leading a team looking to step up into management position, while working within a tight knit company?
On offer is a great opportunity to join a great company within the Plumbing industry, who are now looking for a Service Manager to join this great team of individuals.
The company are a booming plumbing company, who are projected to grow at a rapid rate over the next few years. The service Manager will play a pivotal role in the growth of the business over the next few years making this a great time to join the company.
In this role you will be conducting training to the Plumbers. You will also conduct site inspections and schedules for the plumbers and technicians. In addition you will also manage invoices and provide guidance to more junior members of the team which includes guidance on diagnosis and technical repairs.
This role would suit a Plumber with vast experience looking to step up into a management position with more responsibility and recognition also looking to join a tight knit team that can offer great benefits and progression routes.
