Northwest, with some requirement to travel & stay away
£45,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance + Progression + Training + Benefits
An exciting role is on offer for a Site Manager looking to join a growing multi-disciplinary family-run company that offers fantastic progression opportunities and exciting projects.

This family-run business is a specialist contractor that delivers a wide range of projects for industrial, commercial, transport, energy, and residential clients. They are now looking to recruit a Site Manager to bolster the site teams and support the next phase of growth.
In this role, you will be the No.1 for all site-based activities, including health & safety, managing subcontractors, ensuring quality, and liaising with the client. Sites are generally based across the Northwest, but there may be a need to travel and stay away when required.
The ideal candidate for this role will have solid site management experience and be professionally qualified with First-aid and SMSTS. You will enjoy working in a close-knit environment with a desire to play an integral part in the business's success.

The Role
- Responsible for health & safety on sites, producing RAMS and carrying out toolbox talks
- Liaising effectively with the client to ensure project deliverables are being met in terms of quality and time
- Managing all subcontractors on site, leading meetings and managing progress against the programme
- Sites mostly based in the Northwest, with travel and staying away expected at times
The Person:
- Site Manager with experience in commercial, industrial, rail, or utility Projects
- First-aid and SMSTS-qualified
- Excellent communication and management skills
- A willingness to travel and stay away when required
