Site Supervisor (Landscaping)
Worthing
£28,000 - £35,000 + Van + Benefits Packages + Training + Progression
This is a great opportunity for a Site Supervisor to join a growing, award-winning landscaping company, in the role you will oversee Commercial projects for a range of large clients, where you will have the chance to grow your career with progression to Contracts Manager and plenty of training opportunities.

In this role you will take on a number of responsibilities, where you will be working mostly on site and the rest of the time remotely. You'll be responsible for getting to site and conducting daily morning briefs with on-site staff and contractors, where you will be delegating tasks and checking equipment. Ensuring high health and safety standards is a key part of this role, you will be responsible for completing risk assessments and plant safety checks. Amongst other responsibilities, you will then supervise on-work from setting out, turfing and general timber to name a few.
Therefore, the ideal candidate is someone who has experience in a supervisory position with proven landscaping experience, and holds a full UK drivers license to be able to travel to different sites across the region.

The Role:
- Working on soft landscaping projects within the Commercial sector
- On-site and remote based position
- Travelling to their sites in Central & South London, Sussex, Surrey and Kent
- Ensuring high standards of quality and Health and Safety

The Person:
- Site Supervisor or experienced in working in a supervisory position
- Experience working on soft or hard landscaping
- Base remotely, with site visits to South & Central London, Surrey, Sussex and Kent
- Full UK drivers license
