An excellent opportunity awaits a Software/Controls Engineer with strong experience in PLC programming skills to join a leader in industrial automation solutions. This role offers training, medical care, and progression opportunities as the business grows from strength to strength.
This company specialises in developing and delivering bespoke industrial automation solutions to organisations globally.
In this role, you will be a key member of a growing software and automaton development team, overseeing the design and development of control systems for bespoke test machines of varying complexity, tailored to customer specifications. This is an office-based role in Stevenage but offers flexible working hours.
The ideal candidate is has strong commercial background in PLC Programming and a good understanding on communication protocols. Experience with C# .NET and Visual Basic is desirable for this role. The right candidate will have a good understanding of electrical principles.
