Solar PV Project Engineer/Project Manager

This is Remote with site based work

£45,0000 - £65,000 + Profit Share + Bonuses + Autonomous & Flexible Working + Holidays


Are you a Solar PV Engineer or a Solar Project Manager with in-depth technical knowledge looking for an autonomous role where you will be leading cutting edge projects?

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Solar PV Engineer to join a leading global investor and developer of renewable energy projects, where you will be leading the technical side of projects at the forefront of the market.

This company operates across 4 continents, and is a leading developer and investor in Solar, BESS and energy efficiency projects. They operate an autonomous environment, where internal progression is valued, and employees are considered partners in the business.

In this role you will be responsible for all phases of a project life cycle, from pre-planning, procurement, delivery and installation as well as managing sub-contractors. The successful candidate will be the go-to technical point of contact within the business and help direct management decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of Solar PV, previous hands-on experience and either commercial acumen or the desire to develop commercial skills.

The Role:
*Solar PV Project Engineer/Manager.
*Overseeing ground mount Solar PV projects across the UK through all phases.
*Delivering projects in time and on budget.
*Leading technical decisions within the solar part of the company.

The Person:
*In-depth understanding of Solar PV.
*Motivated and able to work to deadlines.
*Previous hands-on experience installing Solar PV.
*Commercial acumen or desire to obtain.
