$125,000 - $140,000 + Bonuses + Lucrative Benefits Package + 401k + PTO + Training (Reimbursement)

In this Substation Manager role, you will develop a team of engineers through your experience and leadership skills, manage projects - scheduling tasks, and manage direct reports.

This role would suit an experienced Substation Engineer looking to step up into a senior position within the company and manage a team of talented engineers, whilst developing your leadership skills and instil technical excellence with the aim of growing the business and themselves.

The Role:
*Yearly bonus plan based upon individual and company success - up to 20% of yearly earnings.
*Manage projects through mapping out timelines, scheduling tasks, managing budgets, all the while soliciting new business also
*Manage direct reports and ensure the team is running effectively & efficiently

The Person:
*Experienced in project management from either the utilities or construction industry
*Substation Design experience with a background in electrical engineering
*Experienced in leading teams and being the go-to technical lead
*Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical engineering preferred)
