In this role, you'll join a close-knit team of six, collaborating with Engineering and Project/Product Management teams to provide tailored customer solutions. You'll receive full technical product training to enhance your skills and advance your career.
This role is ideal for a motivated technician from any engineering/manufacturing background seeking a varied position with unlimited growth opportunities.
The Role:
- Collaborating with Engineering and Project/Product Management to provide tailored solutions and support to customers
- Monday-Friday (9 to 5, days based role)
- Customer-facing role with regular interaction
- Unlimited growth potential, including clear pathways to Project Management and more!
The Person:
- Background in any technical or manufacturing field
- Experience in customer-facing, service, or support roles
- Eager to join a close-knit team of six
- Comfortable with minimal travel (around 5%)
- Ability to understand blueprints / technical drawings would give you an advantage
