£45,000 - £49,000 + Training + Qualifications + Company Pension + Company Benefits

Excellent opportunity for a Technical Trainer or someone from a background working with plant or agricultural machinery who is looking for full technical training to become a Trainer while working for a market leading company.

Do you have training or hands on experience working with plant or agricultural machinery? Are you looking to provide technical training to the next generation of Engineers while working with a market leading company who provide industry leading training?

This company are a well renowned company who have been established for over 80 years. They provide a range of specialist equipment and services throughout the UK and abroad as well as a world leading training academy teaching the Engineers of tomorrow. Due to a period of rapid growth they are now looking to add to their specialist team.

In this role you will be charged with the training of an apprenticeship programme with specialist equipment. You will be following a prescribed course where they will match your technical skills to the most suitable subject matter and be delivering a range of classroom and practical based sessions in a world leading training centre.

This role would suit an established Technical Trainer looking to further their career or an Engineer who has a background working with plant or agricultural machinery who is looking to change their career, receive full teacher training and have a chance to provide training the next generation of Engineers.

The Role:

  • Provide a prescribed training plan to a cohort of Apprentice Engineers
  • Mixture of classroom and practical based sessions
  • Specialist OEM training provided to become a subject matter expert on their equipment

The Person:

  • Established Trainer or Engineer looking to change career into a Technical Trainer
  • Have previous hands on experience working with plant or agricultural machinery
  • Looking to work for a market leading company offering specialist OEM training
