Urban Designer
Cardiff (Hybrid)

This reputable business are a multidisciplinary consultancy practice consisting of architects, landscape architects, urban designers, and planners. Having built up an excellent industry reputation they have a place on a number of public sector frameworks and allowing them to work alongside some of the industry's top private contractors including Wilmott Dixon and AECOM. Initially based out of offices in Cardiff, they have more recently opened offices in Bristol due to their continued growth. With projects based all over the UK, and their workload steadily increasing, they are now looking for a motivated Urban Designer to join their friendly team in their Cardiff office.
In this role you will be primarily office based with hybrid working options and occasional site visits. You will work within a collaborative team of 10 urban designers where you will be responsible for creating residential layouts and masterplans of a varying number of projects using Adobe Creative Suite and Vectorworks. Full training for Vectorworks will be provided. You will also have the opportunity to work on town centre regeneration projects, civic design and high street renovation.
This role is suited to a professional with Adobe Creative Suite experience and a background in urban design, urban planning or landscape design/architecture.
