Are you a Validation Engineer looking to hit the ground running, working on cutting edge automotive validation projects with the ability to progress to Lead Engineer?
On offer is an excellent opportunity for an Engineer from an automotive testing and validation background to join an industry leading manufacturer that can offer internationally renowned training and development opportunities alongside the chance to play a key role in the future development of company products.
This is a technically diverse and challenging position that offers the chance to work on a varied range of validation projects whilst being given regular first class training around systems engineering to ensure you become a well-rounded expert in your field.

The Role:
- Create and implement validation plans for automotive exterior parts, ensuring they comply with OEM standards and industry regulations.
- Perform various tests, such as mechanical, chemical, and environmental, to assess the performance and reliability of materials and final products.
- Evaluate test results, prepare validation reports, and provide recommendations for product improvements.
The Person:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry or Material Sciences
- Experience working with components and chemicals
- Ambitious individual wanting to increase their skillset and progress their career
