Warehouse Manager
Sanford, Florida
$100,000 - $110,000 + Progression + 401k Match + 3 weeks PTO + Holiday + Medical, Dental, Vision + Training
Are you a Warehouse Manager from a manufacturing or production background looking to lead and develop warehouse operations for a leading organization operating at No.1 in their market?

In this position you will be responsible for leading three Warehouse Supervisors across 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift, including dispatch, order fulfilment and material management. You will manage the scheduling of raw and packaged materials, ensure packaged goods are delivered on time and accurately, hire and train new employee's, lead the daily workflow of the warehouse teams and develop the warehouse operations.
This opportunity would suit a strong leader with proven experience developing warehouse teams within a manufacturing or production setting, that is looking to join a growing, market leading manufacturing organization.
The Position:
* Lead and manage warehouse functions from material management, dispatch and order fulfilment
* Schedule raw materials and packaged goods for delivery and ensure delivery is met on time
* Lead three supervisors operating across 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift
* Develop and enhance warehouse operations across the business
* Monday - Friday 1st shift position with occasional shift work, as and when necessary
The Person:
* Warehouse Manager with experience in either manufacturing or production
* Strong leadership qualities and effective communication
* Proven experience developing and enhancing warehouse operations
