Welder (Full Instructor / Teacher Training)

Office based, Commutable from Gloucester, Cheltenham, Tewksbury and surrounding areas

This company are recognised as experts in engineering training, with 50 employees and coming up to 5 decades in business, they are known as the go to trainers in the South West.
This role will suit a Welder looking to move off the tools into a days based role where you will work with the next generation of Welders and Fabricators to help, guide and mentor them though their apprenticeships all whilst having a great work life balance
The role
*Days based- Monday to Friday role working 36.5 hours per week
*Full training provided in teaching and further industry qualifications
*Working with apprentices to pass their apprenticeship and gain BTEC qualification.
*Training/ instructing Welding principles.
The person
*Have experience as a Welder
*Want to move into a Teaching role
