Fantastic opportunity for a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager to join an industry leading contractor working in the Multi-family sector of construction whilst having great opportunities for training and progression towards Project Manager while receiving a fantastic package.

Due to winning a number of high value, lucrative contracts they are looking to recruit a motivated Assistant Project Manager to join their loyal team.

In this role you'll be based in Tampa, and will have responsibilities to produce RFIs, submittals, change orders and other project management responsibilities with a focus on financials. This role will have a heavy focus on training and development within a supportive and proactive work environment.
