Excellent opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager looking to join an industry leading general contractor, working on exciting projects within a close-knit team, for a company boasting numerous awards and recognition for their stellar work.
On offer is the chance to work on unique and complex projects while having the opportunity to leverage your Construction Management knowledge and experience on a wide range of project sizes.
This is for a well-established construction general contractor, highly respected in the commercial, multifamily, hospitality and environmental sectors. They have built a reputation for being a fantastic place to grow a construction career and remain the 'go to' company for the most exciting projects in the area. They are now looking for another Assistant Project Manager to contribute to the strategic growth of the company.
In this role you will have a fantastic opportunity for progression into a Project Manager position and beyond within the company. The Project Management team and it's high quality operation are fundamental to steering the company through the pipeline of large projects and their next stages of development. Within a short space of time, you could be running your own projects as a Project Manager with fantastic support from your team.
This role would ideally suit a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager who has experience working on commercial projects; both ground up, new builds and interior/exterior renovations.

The Role
- Produce and maintain budgets, schedules, change orders, submittals, buy outs, resource management and close outs. Read and understand job plans and specifications.
- Overseeing all staff, conduct job site walks and hold meetings.
- Ensure clear lines of communication with all project stakeholders.
- $80,000 - $90,000 + Bonus + 401(k) + Full Insurances + PTO
The Person
- Commercial/Retail/Institutional/Municipal construction knowledge/experience
- Project Engineering or Project Management knowledge/experience
- Looking for a long term position to impact the future trajectory of the company
