$85,000 - 100,000 + Progression to Project Manager + Benefits Package + 401K + Technical Training

This role will require you to assist with the planning of project timelines & schedules, monitoring budgets & tracking expenses, assist in the coordination of procurement of materials, labor & equipment, visit sites for progress monitoring & deal with issues or delays.

Role:
- Assisting the Project/Senior Project Manager with planning for project schedules
- Assist with change order management
- Site Visits to carry out inspections, check delays, hold meetings with site stakeholders
- Progression into Project Manager
The Person:
- Experienced working with a Commercial General Contractor or an Interior Contractor
- Experienced with new construction & renovations
- Local to Baltimore
- Excellent communication, organisation & software skills
