Continuous Improvement Specialist (Full Training)

£32,000 - £36,000 + Bonus + Comprehensive Technical Training + Career Progression Opportunities + Company Benefits + Hybrid + 7.5% Pension + Holiday

Melksham, commutable from Bath, Trowbridge, Chippenham, Devizes, and surrounding areas.

You will be responsible for helping drive Continuous Improvements across the board, facilitating Kaizen activities and utilitising Lean manufacturing principles.

This role would suit someone with experience in Manufacturing or Production seeking to establish a lasting career within engineering, as a valued member of a close-knit team within a global company with a fantastic reputation.

The Role:

  • Driving Continuous Improvement across the manufacturing site
  • Standard working week, days-based, Monday to Friday
  • Presenting to engineering teams on process change and improvement


The Candidate:

  • Experience in a Manufacturing or Production related role
  • Interested in learning more about Continuous Improvement methodologies and principles
  • Will be seeking the chance to receive training and establish a career in engineering
