Fantastic opportunity for a construction professional looking to move into an office based role within a reputable construction company offering rare training and progression towards Director and Vice President levels.

This dynamic company have seen tremendous growth over the last few years and can predict serious growth in the Florida market. This firm are now industry leading focusing on large scale multi-family construction projects with confirmed contracts that will lead to further growth and development. Due to winning a number of high value, lucrative contracts they are looking to recruit a motivated Estimator to join their loyal team.
In this role you'll be based in Tampa, and will have responsibilities to quantify take-offs, produce budgets, interact with subcontractors, design team while scoping bids and estimating budgets. This role will include a lot of training and progression opportunities.
