Are you a motivated estimator with civil experience looking to manage a team and join a growing company?
This is an excellent opportunity for an estimator that is excited about growth and career progression in order to play a key role in a company that deals with a range of large and groundbreaking projects.
On offer is the chance to lead the estimating effort, being the point of contact for bids and take offs with the opportunity to progress and train those around you to create the division allowing you to take a leadership role within the company.
This growing Civil Engineering and Land development firm delivers projects and services ranging from large scale heavy civil to earthworks and utilities. They pride themselves on having a great culture fit for growth and leadership.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and self-starting estimator to become the forefront of the estimating team in order to achieve your goals in leading a division.
The Role:
- Complete Take offs and Bids for projects
- Grow the estimating team to achieve company goals
- Create Estimates for new projects
The Person:
- Self-starter and Motivated
- Looking to Manage and grow the division
- Experience in Civil Estimating
