Excellent opportunity for a Estimator with Concrete experience to work on one of the most unique and sought-after skyscraper projects in Miami, combining state-of-the-art construction with globally renowned luxury brand.

This sub-contractor is renowned for their quality of service and have previous experience developing a number of skyscrapers and superstructures. They focus on concrete foundations and structures and are playing a key role in the development of 2 unique skyscraper projects in Miami.
In this role you will be based in the Miami office and play a key part in the structural development of the project, focusing on the concrete foundations, grouting and structural integrity of the building.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Concrete Estimator, having previously worked on large-scale commercial/mixed-use construction projects.

The Person:
- Previous experience as an Estimator
- Concrete experience
- Previous experience on large-scale commercial projects
