First Class Building Engineer
$40-43 per hour + Progression + Overtime + PTO + Medical + Vision + Life Insurance
Downtown Detroit, MI (commutable from: Corktown, Midtown, Eastern Market, Ferndale, Royal Oak)
Are you a First class Building Engineer with experience working with commercial HVAC and high-rise buildings looking for a role where you can increase your earnings through overtime?

On offer is a pivotal role where you will be responsible for operating and maintaining HVAC equipment, responding to tenant requests, whilst also having the opportunity to progress up the rankings!
This position would suit a First Class Building Engineer from a commercial HVAC background, with experience in high rise buildings, looking to hit the ground running and maximise your earnings though overtime.
The Role:
- Monday-Friday
- Responding to tenant requests
- Operating and Maintaining HVAC equipment
The Candidate:
- Must have a 1st class refrigeration license
- From a commercial HVAC background
- Experienced with Chillers and Boilers
