Lead First Class Building Engineer
$44-46 per hour + Progression + Overtime + PTO + Medical + Vision + Life Insurance
Downtown Detroit, MI (commutable from: Corktown, Midtown, Eastern Market, Ferndale, Royal Oak)
Are you a Lead First-class Building Engineer with experience working with commercial HVAC and high-rise buildings looking for a role where you can increase your earnings through overtime?

On offer is a pivotal role where you will be responsible for all HAVC operations, repairs and maintenance. You will also be working closely with the Chief Engineer and Project Managers.
This position would suit a Lead First-Class Building Engineer from a commercial HVAC background, with experience in high rise buildings, looking to hit the ground running and maximise your earnings though overtime.
The Role:
- Monday-Friday
- Responding to tenant requests
- Operating and Maintaining HVAC equipment
The Candidate:
- Must have a 1st class refrigeration license
- From a commercial HVAC background
- Experienced in a lead position
