Head of Engineering (Chemical Manufacturing/Process Plant)
£100,000 - £200,000 + Equity + Company Car / Allowance + Pension + Bonus + Excellent Company Benefits + Hybrid Working
North East - (Commutable from: Middlesbrough, Stockton on Tees, Darlington, Hartlepool, Guisborough)
Are you looking to take on a pivotal, leading role within a forward thinking, fully funded business? Do you have experience in new factory builds or production plant setups where you will be the go to engineering expert?
On offer is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a ground breaking business where you will oversee the building of a new pilot plant, taking a lead on the project from concept through to completion.
In this role you will be the go to point of contact for the build of an exciting new pilot plant, you will work closely with key stakeholders and experts to complete the project and then mould the engineering function within this state-of-the-art production facility.
The company are an fantastic start up who have developed an exciting new technology allowing them to receive full funding and backing to develop a number of new pilot plants across the UK and US. Making this a great opportunity to further your career and take on a new challenge.
This role would suit a Head of Engineering or Engineering Manager from a Hydro Energy, Metallurgy background, looking to progress their career in an exciting role.
The Role:
- Remote role with on site visits required.
- Work closely with a number of key stakeholders and experts in the engineering field.
- Help mould and develop the engineering team within a fully equipped modern facility.
The Person:
- Head of Engineering / Engineering Manager.
- Degree in Chemical Engineering/Manufacturing
- Previous experience in factory build, setting up new plant or relocation of plant.
- Mining, hydro energy, metallurgy, recycling or materials background.
