The Role
- Practice strong engagement with all employees, demonstrating honesty and integrity, helping employees solve problems
- Sustain positive employee relations and positive culture for building
- Assist the implementation of effective training and development programs
The Person
- Human Resource Professional Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Understanding of federal and state laws and HR policies in Construction environment
