This company are at the forefront of their sector. They provide highly customisable, made-to-order products for an incredibly varied and recognisable customer base. Due to the roll out of several business change and transformation projects they are looking to add a Lead IT Support Analyst on a permanent basis to their team.

In this role you take direct control of 2nd & 3rd Line Support for the Bath site. You'll be the first 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer at this site but your wider team will consist of 12 other Support Engineers based across the globe. You'll provide support to VIPs across the site as well as the wider team based in Bath. You'll also get involved in Infrastructure and Hardware. Due to the need to get things off the ground here you will start off 100% office-based, but after 3-6 months this position is expected to be hybrid, 3 days in, 2 from home.

The ideal candidate will be a Lead or Senior IT Support Analyst, or similar, with some infrastructure/hardware experience. Candidates must have strong stakeholder management skills, be interested in leading projects, and have good English language skills.
