Are you a Legal Counsel with expertise in construction law, contract disputes, and project closeouts? Do you want to play a vital role in wrapping up a landmark infrastructure project with a globally recognised company?
This is a rare opportunity to join a leading name in global infrastructure, taking ownership of the legal and contractual closeout phase of a high-profile project in Miami. You'll lead efforts around resolving outstanding legal issues, claims, and litigation while ensuring a compliant and smooth handover.
You will be responsible for completing on the project, closing contract negotiations, legal claims and litigation. After the 6-9 month close out, you will have the opportunity to move to their next groundbreaking infrastructure project.

The Role:
- Overseeing legal aspects of project closeout, including disputes, claims, and potential litigation
- Advising project and commercial teams on legal risks and strategy
- Working closely with external counsel and key stakeholders to resolve outstanding legal matters
- Ensuring compliance with contract obligations and regulatory frameworks
The Person:
- Proven experience as a Legal Manager or Legal Counsel within construction, engineering, or infrastructure
- Strong track record in contract law, claims management, and dispute resolution
- Skilled in liaising with legal teams, project management, and external partners
- Available to work on-site in Miami
