This long-standing company are known for taking care of and continually developing their staff, allowing plenty of opportunities to progress. They have multiple sites worldwide, and due to their ongoing success, they are now looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have supervisory skills within an industrial setting and experience within a heavy manufacturing / maintenance related role, looking to build their career within a growing and stable business.
The Role:
- Leading your own maintenance team and supporting with their training and development
- Overseeing the preventive and predictive maintenance to drive continuous improvement
- Supporting with troubleshooting and maintenance as required
- Monday - Friday, days based role (7-4pm)
The Person:
- Maintenance background
- Experience within a heavy manufacturing / industrial setting (including: plant, steel, automotive, wood, oil & gas)
- 3+ years' supervisory experience
