The Role:
- Lead process improvement projects to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and product quality
- Redesign plant layouts and production processes to increase automation and streamline operations
- Work cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, and Production teams to drive innovation
- Monday - Friday (Days-based role)
The Person:
- Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering preferred
- Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and process optimization
- Strong background in plant layout design, rollforming, or sheet metal manufacturing is highly desirable
- Ambitious and ready to take the next step toward Senior and Directorship roles
