The Role:

  • Lead process improvement projects to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and product quality
  • Redesign plant layouts and production processes to increase automation and streamline operations
  • Work cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, and Production teams to drive innovation
  • Monday - Friday (Days-based role)

The Person:

  • Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering preferred
  • Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and process optimization
  • Strong background in plant layout design, rollforming, or sheet metal manufacturing is highly desirable
  • Ambitious and ready to take the next step toward Senior and Directorship roles
