Are you an experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer from a Nuclear background, looking to take the next step in your career and step up into Director level positions for a global industry leading organization offering further progression prospects?

On offer is a Senior Manufacturing Supervisor position where you will be utilizing your expertise to develop an already established site. Ensuring safety standards are adhered to, putting a heavy emphasis on this in daily plant operations.
This role would suit an experienced Supervisor, with manufacturing experience from a power plant operations background, looking to progress their career into Senior Leadership.
The Role:
*Ensure safety standards are adhered to - putting heavy emphasis on health, safety and environmental programs and practices
*Effective execution of prioritization of work, meeting delivery dates and communicate manufacturing priorities based on the businesses needs
*Show leadership qualities through training and coaching your team of 9 technicians, setting goals and objectives for all areas of improvement
*Progression to directorship and training in cutting edge patented equipment
The Person:
*In depth knowledge of manufacturing in a power plant setting, utilizing your expertise in supervisory leadership and achieving company goals and objectives
*Background in nuclear plants within the manufacturing operations
*Organized and able to wear multiple hats, liaising with many different teams
