$100,000 - $110,000 + Bonus + Training + Progression + 401K + Healthcare Package
Chester, VA - commutable from Richmond, Hopewell, Petersburg, Midlothian, Moseley.

In this role you will be tasked with the direct supervision of 80+ employees, you will also manage all site activities to ensure attainment of goals and objectives within budget and time constraints. You will provide training to staff in conjunction with individual and operational needs. And you will coordinate plant maintenance activities with production schedules.
This is the perfect role for an experienced maintenance supervisor who is looking to take the next step in their career and progress into a Plant Manager level position!
The Role
