This role would ideally suit a Preconstruction Manager who has long term aspirations to run the entire Preconstruction operation.

The Role
- Ability to manage teams, drive projects and liaise with all relevant stakeholders.
- Take-offs, permitting, reading plans, preparing subcontracts, change orders, scheduling and maintaining project files.
- Risk management and attending on-site/in office meetings.
- $135,000 - $150,000 + Bonus + Insurances + 401(k) + WFH Policy
The Person
- Commercial/Light Industrial construction experience
- Preconstruction experience
- Looking for a long term position to work on large-scale projects
