Preconstruction Manager
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000+ (DOE) + Bonus + Medical Benefits + 401k + Career Progression

In this role, you will be based in their Green Bay office where you will have the exciting opportunity to lead the preconstruction phase on large scale commercial construction projects in the state as well as to join a company as they look to expand further whilst keeping their family feel.
Your responsibilities will include developing and managing project budgets and estimates, managing a team of estimators and coordinators, and preparing and presenting reports to clients and stakeholders.
