£28'000 - £35'000 + Monday/Thursday + 4 day week + Great company benefits + Progression

Are you a Production Supervisor from a manufacturing background, looking for the next exciting step in your career with a leading company who offers extensive progression opportunities as they continue to expand?
This company are leaders within their industry & they have grown steadily to become a market leader. They are now looking for a Production Supervisor to lead a successful team in Dunstable .
This is a hands on role where you will be on the shopfloor leading/motivating the team and and meeting production targets whilst upholding all health and safety requirements,
The ideal candidate will have previous experience leading production teams within a manufacturing environment and be looking for long term career progression.

The role:
- Assisting the Production Manager in the day to day management of a shopfloor
- Ensuring production targets are met whilst ensuring health & safety standards are adhered too
- Championing quality & hygiene standards

- Production Supervisor with Team Leading experience
- Looking for a varied and challenging, fast paced role
- A brilliant communicator who can inspire the team and lead from the front through change and growth plans
