$120,000 - $140,000 + Bonus + Training + Progression + Healthcare Package + 401k + PTO.

In this role you will lead conceptions of new products and ensure alignment with market needs and company goals, you will participate in hands on assembly of prototypes and troubleshoot issues. You will also manage the project lifecycle from proof of concept through to production. And you will interface with various departments including R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance to ensure smooth project progression.

The Role
- Lead conceptions of new products and ensure alignment with market needs and company goals.

- Interface with various departments including R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance to ensure smooth project progression.
The Person
- Previous experience with HVAC or MEP products.
- CAD experience.
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering field.
