Safety Manager (Construction)

$80,000 - $120,000 + Bonus + Profit Sharing + 401(k) + Company Truck + Health Insurance
Excellent opening for a Safety Manager looking to join a leading general contractor, hoping to advance their career whilst working on some of the biggest and most critical civil infrastructure projects in Texas.
On offer is the chance to take on a role with huge responsibility in terms of overseeing the entire safety program effort for the company.
This is for a well-established and highly reputable Water and Wastewater general contractor, seeking to grow and develop from their first generation. As a trusted partner to local Municipalities and an exciting pipeline of projects, they are now looking to add a Safety Manager to lead one of the most important operations within the company.
In this role you will take on crucial responsibilities whilst overseeing the safety of construction on some of the most important infrastructure projects in the DFW area and beyond. This position works closely with the Senior Leadership team and it's high quality function as the company navigates the next stages of their development.
This role would ideally suit a Safety Manager with a construction background who is looking to impact Dallas-Fort Worth's future infrastructure with the desire to work for a company that will provide all of the support and guidance necessary for a long and successful career with the company.

The Role
- Oversee entire safety program effort for the company.
- Adhere to daily, weekly and monthly responsibilities with strong prioritization and scheduling ability.
- Liaise with all relevant stakeholders; project owners, company owners and trades.
- Able and willing to conduct multiple job site visits daily.
- $80,000 - $120,000 + Bonus + Profit Sharing + Health Insurance + 401(k) + Company Truck + Company Cell Phone
The Person
- Construction Management / Occupational Health and Safety degree or related field preferred.
- OSHA 30, Fall Protection, Confined Spaces First Aid certifications preferred.
- Experience working on construction projects.
- Looking for a long term position to impact the future trajectory of the company
