$120,000 - $135,000 + Training + Progression to Senior Project Manager + Annual Bonus + Fantastic Benefits Package
Excellent role on offer for an ambitious Project Manager who is looking to join a dynamic, expanding Contractor where you will work on multiple state of the art Multifamily projects with value up to $200m, with a company that will support you to progress to become a Project Executive.

Established for over 60 years, this contractor are a highly prestigious construction firm who specialize working on state of the art commercial projects. Their employees have always been at the forefront of the business and have gotten an outstanding reputation for developing, retaining and progressing from within. Due to huge growth they are now looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to oversee and develop their well-established Project Management team.
This position will be office based. You will be tasked with conducting site visits, ensure projects are being managed effectively, Manage contracts and attending client and vendor meetings. You will be given a structured progression plan from the day you join to progress into Project executive.

* Commercial / Multifamily Construction experience
* Experience using Procore
