Shift Supervisor (Industrial Background)
Courtice, Ontario
$110,000 - $120,000 + Overtime (OTE $150-$160k) 3 Weeks' Vacation + 13% Bonus + RSP ($6,500) + Full Benefits

In this role you will be overseeing a small team of operating staff where you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the shift, you will be leading company meetings and will be included in production meetings and will be overseeing all safety protocols are met.
This role will therefore suit a shift supervisor who has the 2nd Class Inter-Provincial Power Engineers Certification, you must be a natural born leader and be willing to learn, develop and progress within a globally recognized organization.
The Role:
- Mentor and coach the operations team
- Review, prioritize, and direct daily work activities
- Enforce safety policies and procedures
- 28day rotation shift hours
- 12 hour days
- $110,000 $120,000 + Overtime (OTE $150-$160k) 3 Weeks' Vacation + 13% Bonus + RSP ($6,500) + Full Benefits
