Site Manager - Progression to Area Manager

$110,000 - $120,000 + Career Progression + Specialist Training + Annual Bonus + Excellent Benefits & Healthcare plan
Are you a Site Manager looking to put your own stamp on a blue chip organization, offering further management training and progression to Area Manager level?
This is an excellent opportunity to shape a market-leading business, by developing a team of 30 direct reports and having full autonomy to grow your team.
My client is a globally recognized company, who are renowned for promoting from within and upskilling their staff. They offer external training courses, one-on-one mentorship with industry experts and the autonomy to make key decisions for the business. They are now looking for a Site Manager to play a pivotal role in their continued success.
In this varied role you will take full responsibility for a large industrial site, by directly overseeing and growing a team of 30 direct reports, ranging from production supervisors to technicians. The role entails elements of safety, finances (PnL), HR, operations, hiring and implementing policies. It will be a 50/50 split between office work and being out on site.
This role would suit a Site Manager looking to shape a blue chip business, by mentoring and growing a team of 30 direct reports, whilst receiving further management training and progressing to Area Manager level.
The Role:
* Take full responsibility for a large industrial site, by directly overseeing and growing a team of 30 direct, ranging from production supervisors to technicians
* The role entails elements of safety, finances (PnL), HR, operations, hiring and implementing policies
* 50/50 split between office work and being out on site
The Person:
* Site Manager / Production Manager
* From any of the following backgrounds: Mining, Construction, Steel Mills, Oil & Gas, Metal Manufacturing, or any outdoor site management experience related to large, mobile equipment
* Looking to shape a blue chip organization, receive further management training and progress to Area Manager level
