This is for a well established and growing general contractor in Colorado Springs. As a trusted partner of many private and public clients, they have an exciting pipeline of work and are looking for another Superintendent to join and contribute to their strategic growth.
In this role you will have the opportunity to progress your career in a company that is renowned for taking care of its employees. They will provide all the support and training needed whilst you take on more and more responsibility on large projects.
This role would ideally suit a Superintendent who has both ground up and tenant finish-out experience. Their portfolio includes healthcare, hotel and religious projects.

The Role
- Manage projects from start to finish overseeing schedules, personnel, submittals, lookaheads and meetings. Liaise with all relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee all site activities and ensure project safety.
- $100,000 - $120,000 + 401(k) + Healthcare + Company Truck/Allowance + Mileage Reimbursement + PTO/Holidays
The Person
- Minimum of 3 years construction experience
- Ground up or renovation/remodelling experience.
- Looking for a long-term position to impact the future trajectory of the company
