Excellent opportunity for an Water/Wastewater Superintendent looking to join an industry leading general contractor, working on important water and wastewater projects within a close-knit team, for a company offering the opportunity work on some of the biggest projects in the region.

Are you a Superintendent with water or wastewater project experience? Do you have experience working with mechanical, plumbing or HVAC systems or concrete/civil site work on municipal projects. Are you looking to join an industry leading business where upskilling is encouraged and support provided to fulfil your career ambitions?

This is for a well-established general contractor, highly respected in the water and wastewater space. As a self-performer, they have built a reputation for being the go-to contractor for a number of municipalities and they are now looking to expand the team in preparation for some sizeable upcoming projects.

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activity. You will also be experienced in handling major responsibilities of construction projects; maintaining budgets, scheduling, submittals, managing relationships with stakeholders and overseeing site safety. You should be technically knowledgeable, able to communicate effectively and well versed in reading drawings and preparing reports.

The Role

  • Maintain budgets, scheduling, submittals reports and project profitability
  • Responsible for overseeing site safety
  • Ensure clear lines of communication with the owner, subcontractors and all personnel on the project
  • $100,000 - $150,000 + Bonus + Insurances + Training + Progression Available

The Person

  • Water and Wastewater construction project experience
  • Knowledge of Mechanical/Plumbing/HVAC systems
  • Experience on multi-million dollar projects
  • Looking for a long term, stable role with progression available
