$140,000 - $200,000 + Training + Progression to VP of Construction + Car Allowance + Fantastic Benefits Package
Excellent role on offer for an ambitious Superintendent who is looking to join a dynamic, expanding General Contractor where you will work on high profile, exciting projects with a company that will progress you towards VP of construction.
Are you a Site Superintendent with Civil groundworks experience, looking to join a well-established business and play a major role in the company, leading a 25 strong team on exciting New York construction projects?
This company have operated for over 40 years and specialize within the Heavy Civil Construction industry. As a result of expansion, they're looking to bring on a Site Superintendent to run their biggest construction projects.
This position is based out in the field, working a range of local sites. You will be directly working alongside the General Superintendent, overseeing the construction team and ensure all site operations are running smoothly.
This would suit a Site Superintendent looking to work on local multi-million dollar projects for a growing business at the forefront of their industry.
The role:
* Based out in the field working on projects based in Manhattan
* Leading a team of 25 contractors and reporting to the General Superintendent
* Days based 7-4, Monday - Friday
The Person:
* Civil / Construction groundworks background
* Degree in relevant field
* Experience leading a team of around 20
* Looking to work on multi-million dollar projects in the local area
