Graduate Construction Estimator

Excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to join a leading general contractor, hoping to kick-start your construction career with fantastic training whilst working on some of the most exciting commercial projects in Hartford and the surrounding area.

This is for a unique General Contractor, rapidly growing in the state of Connecticut. As a trusted partner of many public and private companies with an exciting pipeline of projects, they are now looking to grow the Estimating team to contribute to the strategic growth of the company.
In this role you will have a fantastic opportunity for training and development, learning from some of the most experienced and knowledgeable professionals within the company. The collaborative approach amongst each project team is fundamental to steering the company through the pipeline of large projects and their next stages of development.
This role would ideally suit a graduate with a construction background who is looking for the opportunity to impact Connecticut's future infrastructure with the desire to work for a company that will provide all of the support and guidance necessary for a long and successful career in construction.

The Role
- Understanding/Experience with Schedules, Permits, Take-Offs, Bids, Estimates, Costing and Construction Management.
- Ensure clear lines of communication with project stakeholders.
- $65,000 - $850,000 + Bonus + 401(k) + Full Insurances + PTO
The Person
- Construction Management degree or related discipline
- Understanding/Experience with fundamentals of Estimating
- Knowledge of Construction Management/Design Build principals
- Looking for a long term position to impact the future trajectory of the company
