This role would suit an experienced Manager, with solid fuels experience from a Plant Operations background, looking to progress their career into Senior Directorship.

The Role:

*Ensure safety standards are adhered to - putting emphasis on Health, Safety, and Environmental programs and practices
*Lead site operations ensuring the business meets Profit & Loss expectations
*Show leadership qualities through training and coaching your team, through setting goals and objectives for all functional areas of the plant
*Annual Bonus Incentive Plan (40%), 4 weeks PTO, and the opportunity to progress to Senior Directorship

The Person:

*In-depth knowledge of plant operations utilizing your expertise in operational leadership and achieving profitability goals
*Background in Solid Fuels, Power Plant Operations, and Waste to Energy
*Experience with Six Sigma tools
