Due to winning a number of high value, lucrative contracts they are looking to recruit a motivated Project Manager to join their loyal team.
This position will be both office and site with sites being focused on the greater Rochester region. In this role you will be liaising with clients and contractors during pre and post tender applications to develop effective relationships, overseeing bids for labour, material, equipment and other expenses, managing administrative work while managing projects, mitigating risks, ensuring quality construction standards are followed.
