$110,000 - 125,000 + Progression to Senior Project Manager + Benefits Package + 401K + Technical Training

This role will require you to lead the project from an operational standpoint, whilst serving as the primary point of contact for clients. Your duties will also include budget & cost management, dealing with procurement & logistics, whilst ensuring health & safety procedures are present & applied for the project.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Project Manager looking for a company that is offering excellent technical progression & an ambitious, yet supportive culture. They have exciting plans for the future, giving the right person opportunities to develop technically.
Role:
- Change order management - evaluate & process change orders
- Documentation & reporting to be sent & completed to relevant people
- Site Visits to carry out inspections, check delays, hold meetings with site stakeholders
- Progression into Senior Project Manager
The Person:
- Experienced working with a Commercial General Contractor or an Interior Contractor
- Experienced with new construction & renovations
- Local to Baltimore
- Excellent communication, organisation & software skills
